Thinking to purchase a used 2005 king cobra but have heard that mixed thoughts saying that its really not a good bike and find a newer one. We are coming off racing ktms so i no what is involved with 50cc bikes just dont no about the 2005 cobra the plan is to buy the 2005 king for the A bike then go get a new king cobra for my B bike is purchasing the older bike a wise choice do these bikes have alot of problems meaning more so then the 50cc bikes already have
The 2005 Cobra was a solid bike, however, ANY motocross bike that is five years old needs to be looked at closely before purchasing. Take a close look at the clutch, wheel bearings, brakes, and frame. If you do decide to purchase, we have plenty of parts to keep it running in top condition.
